1. Scope of Services
This policy applies to all services provided by Codesmart Solutions, including but not limited to:

2. Consumer Rights
In accordance with Bahrain Consumer Protection Law, clients are entitled to request a refund, correction, or re-performance of services if:
- The service provided is defective or incomplete
- The service does not match the agreed specifications
- The service is not delivered as agreed
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Full Refund
A full refund may be granted under the following conditions:
- The project has not yet started
- We are unable to deliver the service due to our fault
- The delivered work significantly deviates from agreed specifications
3.2 Partial Refund
A partial refund may be granted if:
- The project has been partially completed
- Work has already been delivered or milestones achieved
The refundable amount will be calculated based on the portion of work completed.
3.3 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Services fully delivered according to agreed specifications
- Change of mind after project commencement
- Delays caused by the client (including lack of feedback, approvals, or required materials)
- Custom-developed or tailored solutions that have already been approved
4. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel services before project commencement for a full refund
- Cancellation after work has started may result in a partial refund
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must contact us and provide:
- Project or service details
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
We will review all requests and respond within 5–10 business days.
6. Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible
- Processing time may take 7–15 business days depending on the payment provider
7. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Bahrain in accordance with applicable laws.
